CUBE คือเครื่องเช็คเปอร์เซ็นต์ทองคำ X-Ray ที่ออกแบบด้วยเทคโนโลยีจากเยอรมัน มีขนาดกะทัดรัดและมาพร้อมซอฟต์แวร์วิเคราะห์ที่รวดเร็ว ตัวเครื่องออกแบบในรูปทรงเรขาคณิตจากบนลงล่าง ซึ่งช่วยให้ผู้ใช้สามารถตรวจสอบจุดที่เข้าถึงได้ยากในตัวอย่างได้อย่างสะดวก
เครื่องมาพร้อมแท่นทดสอบตัวอย่างที่สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายในแกน Z ได้ โดยใช้ปุ่มหมุนแบบแมนนวลเพื่อปรับโฟกัส ด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ขั้นสูง เครื่องนี้สามารถทำการวิเคราะห์ได้สามอย่างในซอฟต์แวร์เดียว ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์โลหะมีค่า (โลหะผสมทองคำ, โลหะผสมเงิน, โลหะผสมแพลตตินัม), การวัดความหนาของการชุบ และการวิเคราะห์อ่างชุบ
